Varix™ is a liquid catalyst designed to reverse and prevent sulfate bonding in industrial lift batteries.
Without using any harsh abrasives, solvents or corrosives, this product naturally unlocks the sulfuric bond from the lead plates and returns it to the electrolyte.
Within just a few cycling's Varix™ achieves complete absorption into the plates and prevents any further sulfation from adhering to them for the life of the battery.
Once a battery is treated, you can expect zero loss in runtime or performance in your battery's output due to resistance caused by sulfation. Your units will run longer through a shift and have a greater lifespan overall.
A small amount of our Varix™ is all that is needed to clean up the lead plates and restore specific gravity to its full capacity. Several ounces of the liquid additive applied to the individual cells are all that is needed. Simply place the battery back in normal operations and allow the product to cycle into the plates.
Once treated, you will see a decrease in the internal cell impedance, an increase in runtime and the specific gravity and voltage readings will continue to rise over the next three to four cycling's. A battery that is fully cycled daily will respond more quickly than one that is used in lighter operations.
Varix™ eliminates the crystallization of sulfates in the lead and allows the molecule to remain suspended in the electrolyte.
This automatically maintains higher specific gravity levels and improves a cells capacity to hold and deliver a charge.
Varix™ reduces the internal resistance throughout the cell and allows it to operate at much cooler temperatures.
This automatically decreases expansion, evaporation and plate deterioration.
Once treated with Varix™, a battery will not exhibit any deterioration in runtime due to sulfation for the life of the unit.
